For the full time staff, Alto will match the first 1% of your contribution at 100% and the next 5% at 50%. This match also applies to those employees that work 1000 hours or more in a 12 month look back period.

For those not working the 1000 minimum hours, you can still contribute to the saving plan with pre-tax wages to save for retirement. Changes to your contributions can be made on Paychex.
